三向加载下粒径级配对矸石压缩特性的影响Effect of particle size on the compression characteristics of gangue under three-way loading

摘要(Abstract):
为研究粒径级配对矸石充填材料压缩性能的影响,优化充填开采的工程效果,利用自主研制的矸石三向加载系统,对16种不同粒径级配矸石充填材料进行三向加载试验,分析不同围压条件下各粒径级配矸石轴向压缩变形特征,揭示粒径级配对三向加载下矸石充填材料变形特性的影响规律.研究结果表明,不同级配矸石三向加载压缩曲线均可较好的拟合为二次函数,且各拟合参数均可由含围压的一次函数描述,三向加载条件下矸石抵抗变形能力从大到小依次为连续级配矸石、不连续级配矸石、单粒径级配矸石,单粒径级配矸石中0~10 mm粒径,不连续级配矸石中细料含量40%和连续级配矸石中实验指数0.5的矸石压缩性能较良好.
