矿用防爆柴油机进气性能的仿真Simulation of intake performance of mine explosion-proof diesel engine

摘要(Abstract):
为研究进气总管与歧管参数对柴油机性能的影响,建立矿用防爆柴油机的GT-POWER模型,以6缸防爆柴油机为基础,改变进气管道的总管的长度与管径、进气歧管的直径进行仿真.研究结果表明:随着进气总管长度的增加,柴油机在不同转速下充气效率增加明显,燃油消耗量亦是如此;而进气总管直径的增加,不同的转速下充气效率在变大,燃油消耗量却在降低;进气歧管直径的增加与总管直径的增加效果相差不大.据此,对柴油机进行优化,样机模型在各转速下主要性能指标相比优化前均有一定提升.
