采煤机非线性动力学模型Nonlinear dynamic model of shearer

摘要(Abstract):
为研究采煤机整机振动特性,将采煤机整机简化为7个集中质量,考虑平滑靴与导向滑靴支撑位置刚度和阻尼的非线性,利用拉格朗日方程建立采煤机整机的10自由度非线性动力学模型,并采用Newmark-β法对所建立模型求解.以MG300/700-WD型采煤机为例,求得采煤机在随机虚拟激励作用下各集中质量的振动响应.将机身沿行走方向、沿煤壁方向的振动响应的计算值与实验值进行对比,验证了所建模型的正确性与可靠性.所建立的模型为采煤机振动特性的深入研究提供了参考.
