不确定需求下内陆集装箱货流分配及网络优化Cargo flow distribution and network optimization of inland container under uncertain demand

摘要(Abstract):
为提高内陆集装箱运输网络的货流分配效率,确定提升区域运输网络运作水平的规划建议,以我国东北地区内陆集装箱运输网络为研究对象,在不确定货运需求背景下,建立基于情景遗憾值的货流分配鲁棒优化模型。在货流分配优化方案的基础上,综合运用社区发现算法对备选枢纽节点的集聚性进行分析,并释放关键路径的容量约束进行敏感性分析。研究结果表明了方法的有效性和适用性,可以为内陆集装箱运输网络的规划建设提供科学的决策依据。
