多重不确定需求下制造企业多品种生产计划模型Multi-variety product planning model for manufacturing enterprises with multiple uncertainties in demand

摘要(Abstract):
针对客户需求的多重不确定性对柔性企业生产计划制定的影响,研究在企业生产线有限以及生产状态不确定的情况下,柔性制造企业的多品种生产计划安排问题.首先,基于产品品种不确定性带来的交货期和成本变化,分析了多重不确定需求的生产线选择和转换成本问题,从而建立了针对不同时间段的生产计划动态规划模型,以解决多重不确定性问题,并追求企业生产成本最小化.采用Matlab进行算例模拟分析,针对不同的生产计划安排策略,计算求得各生产计划安排策略下的最小生产成本.结果表明该模型能够解决多重不确定需求的生产计划问题,具有实用性和有效性.
